Shipping Information:
For suits, jackets, pants, and vests: It usually takes 4 to 5 weeks to complete an order provided all the information required has been submitted and one to two weeks for transit (Total approximate time ranges from 5 to 7 weeks). Our Logistics are managed by Domestic and International couriers for safe and fast door to door delivery.
Rush Orders: Rush orders are available for an additional $65.00. Selecting the rush order option changes total approximate time from 5 to 7 weeks to 3 to 5 weeks.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: J. Claude III Custom Clothing is dedicated to maintaining total customer satisfaction to the maximum possible standards. Should there be an inadvertent error made on our part, we will do all the necessary adjustments and/or replacements and re ship the order to the client, totally free of charge. In this case, the customer, at no cost, would return the item(s) to J. Claude III Custom Clothing and would receive the adjustments / replacements in four to six weeks. If the client has inadvertently sent us the wrong measurements, we will do the adjustments at a reduced cost to the client. Shipping and handling is the client’s responsibility. An order having been placed has a 48 hour cancellation period. After 48 hours, an order cannot be cancelled. Under our terms with our suppliers, fabrics once ordered cannot be cancelled as the materials are cut as soon as ordered. In case of changes being required to an order after having been placed, this can only be confirmed at the discretion of our master tailors since confirmation of any changes will depend on the status of the order completion. It would be of course our duty to try and incorporate any changes to an order made after having been placed with us to the best of our abilities and circumstances allowing.
